Butterscotch's puppies have been placed in
their permanent homes now so Brazin's puppies
have the entire 2 room area to themselves. It
really doesn't matter though because they
would rather cuddle with each other instead of
being spread out all over the whelping box. It is
not too unusual to find them all huddled
together with the rest of the area being unused.
When they go to their permanent homes, the
warm body of another puppy will be replaced
by the loving caresses of their new family
members and anyone else who has the good
pleasure to be able to hold them a while.
This cuddletime will be short lived for now
though, till they grow into adults, because as a
puppy there is just too much in their new world
for them to explore and try to play with.
It doesn't take much, whether it be a blade of
grass, a tissue, a shoe lace, or if you are
fortunate an actual dog toy to spark the
puppie's interest. But as time and training
come to pass, these active little fur balls will
grow into beautiful and well-behaved goldens
that will crave human attention and get
everybody's admiration whereever they go.
