| The puppies are able to get around quite well now and it was time to open up their whelping box to give them more room. They love playing with toys, so I make sure they have plenty of choices. They are old enough now to start using part of their new "apartment" for their bathroom area. For the most part, they are doing very well using the potty park trays. This artificial grass simulates being outdoors on real grass. This gives them a headstart in getting used to going outdoors for their potty time. |

Five weeks under their belt, with just three to go,
and the pups have come a long way. They have
been experiencing a whole new world. As you
can see in the pictures, the puppies now have the
entire whelping box to roam in. They have also
started eating less mushy consistancy in their
food, so that by the time they go home they will
just be eating the solid kibble with no softened

They have begun drinking water from the bowl, which they love. As soon
as I add water to the dish they all, whether playing or asleep, will come
running to the bowl. Mom is thankful and she is giving them fewer and
fewer opportunities to nurse from her during the day.
They had a few opportunities for more socialization as they were involved
in a photo shoot with the actress Margot Robbie who starred in the movie
" The Wolf of Wall Street" (R) with Leonardo Di Caprio. It was so
obvious that she was having so much fun playing with the pups. So was
the crew watching the puppies' antics. This photo shoot is planned to be
on the cover of the Vanity Fair August issue magazine this July.
They also had another field trip to a photo studio, not to be photographed,
but just to be held and loved to relieve the stress of the employees and
modelsworking there. But there was an awful lot of cameras clicking
anyway and a lot of happy employees. Seems like a very nice company
to work for.
They are at the age, where they just want to get out and are very verbal
expressing their displeasure at being contained.
Don't be disheartened guys, it will not too much longer...
