| With the puppies being just 6 1/2 weeks now, who would think they could be active and yes, noisy. They grab any opportunity to play. and have begun their nipping stage. All I can say is watch your toes. Housekeeping on their box has become a real challange as they all come running over to whoever is near in hopes of getting picked up. Of course, totally oblivious that they may be stepping in a "present" which was just left by a sibling. They play fight with each other and haven't learned yet that their little teeth are razor sharp and can really hurt each other. They are very kissy and thrilled when they are picked up and cuddled. Sadly for me, the puppies' journey from birth to moving into their permanant home is nearing an end. It has been a wonderful experience again, as I was able to enjoy the marvels of nature unfold during these past weeks. At 7 weeks of age. they leave to be with their new families and will continue this journey filled with wonder, fun, and love. |
