| The puppies have grown to the whopping age of 5 weeks. They are full of energy now and will quickly run to anyone who ventures to go near the whelping box. They don't hesitate to step on the siblings in their path in hopes of getting picked up. They are starting to develop their personalities now. Sometimes they can get very noisy for no other reason then "just because." The box's walls have been fully raised now as the puppies constantly try to excape in an attempt to explore their surroundings. Mom goes in less and less, and "Grandma Topaz" holds down the fort, keeping the pups company for as long as she can handle their rough-housing. Their baby teeth are very, very sharp! |
